great news - restie saw my wallet @ martin's and i got it back today - my CC and other cards are safe once again. now i have to pay october's bill pretty soon. i was expecting the Simpson's halloween special to be on tonight, but it was a rerun special instead :(

gas has been cheap (mid to hi 0.60s) this weekend in scarboro - hope the prices don't skyrocket t'row morning... November is almost here - that means: i'll begin reading (and taking notes!) steve's OS book to get a crash course on what next term's time-pit will be like; a LOT of birthdays are to be celebrated; red poppies will be seen; snow may fall; and the Mazda3 is closer to being available (for test drives =] )
