It's overcast of course. But honestly, this city is truly amazing and when it's sunny, it's even better. Taken from Stanley Park.

Snow in Whistler?

Yes, there's definitely still snow in April. The air felt fresher and cleaner up here, and this section wasn't scary at all.

Heading down wow

Far below is the quaint (and expensive) Whistler Village and surrounding town. A 360 degree shot would reveal more of the same snow-covered mountains from atop Whistler - breathtaking! Here, some skiers headed down a black diamond run which I gladly avoided.

Going Up

It was supposed to mostly rain during the week of April 3 - 7, but everyday but Monday was like this - sunny!

Blackcomb, BC

From Blackcomb's "easy" green trail, looking at a portion of Whistler mountain's many runs. The Easiest Route isn't so easy after three consecutive days of learning how to snowboard - it's not wide enough and it drops off like a cliff along the edge. I stayed on Whistler after finally reaching Blackcomb's gondola.
